CONFESS GOD’S LOVE

Our last few devotions have encouraged us to build a strong spiritual foundation; that exhortation should never end! One good way to continue is by confessing what a wonderful, Father God we have. The following thoughts are taken from an article in a magazine that comes to me.

“Understanding God’s Goodness”

“Thank You for Your Word of TRUTH, Father God, it goes beyond physical facts. Your Word tells us that YOU are a GOOD GOD, Your Grace and Strength are sufficient all the time.

“The more we know of God’s Goodness, the more we can trust Him. The more we trust Him, the easier it is to put our lives in His Hands. As we do this, we are able to carry out work here on earth, “even as it is in heaven.”

The following are some confessions of God’s Love:

(1) My God loves me!!

(2) He is my Father; I can call out to Him: “Abba Father”

Romans 8: 15: We have received the spirit of adoption.

(3) I am the focus of God’s Love

(4) I am in His family.

As we make those confessions, we then can speak with Authority these truths:

(1) No one but Jesus sits on the throne of my life.

(2) God made me a commander. Mark 11:23

(3) The ability of command is in my spirit. I command the seed I’ve already planted to produce the 100 fold return, NOW! Mark 10:20

(4) I will say, and surely GOD SHALL! Psalm 91:2, 4

(5) I’ve been given a rod of authority from God. Exodus 4:17

(6) JESUS is THE WORD. He is my ROD and I speak that Word. Isaiah 11:1

(7) I make a decision to OBEY the TRUTH. I Peter 1:22

(8) My enemy will not triumph over me. Psalm 41:11

(9) The love of God is in me. I will never fail. I Corinthians 13: 8. I can’t fail because I am marked by God and His blood (the blood of Jesus is crying out for me. Genesis 4:10

Here is an interesting statement: “The forecast for my family and me is Divine FOG: Favor of God – Favor of God – ALL DAY LONG.” So the next time you see “fog” in the natural, think about the fact that you are blessed with the Favor of God every moment of your life—the reason we are is because Jesus bought and paid for your salvation: spirit, soul and body.

Remembering that truth you will know for yourself:

THE JOY OF THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH!!!
